The agenda includes presentations from Hagerty Consulting, which has been appointed by Mayor Karen Bass to oversee aspects of Pacific Palisades rebuilding, and the Palisades Recovery Coalition. Maryam Zar will speak for the coalition, which has formulated a draft recovery plan.
